I’ve been there, done that.  I found the tools for success for my self and can share them with you too… in a way that works FOR YOU.

What is a life coach?

A life coach can help you work through what is hold you back from achieving your goals and living your best life. We can improve your career and relationships by working on mindset, perspective, and how you interact with your life. We can identify obstacles that are holding you back and how to achieve your goals. Limiting beliefs are commonly identified along the way. A life coach simply put, can help point out the “blind spots” that we are not able to identify in ourselves.

I use my personal experiences and expertise to focus on:

– weight loss for those who have struggled for a long time, where none of the common diet programs have worked

-professional burn out and work life balance

-self-esteem and relationships

Like teaching a man to fish instead of merely giving him food, I will empower you with the tools you need to be successful long after our sessions.

How is coaching different then counseling?

There are several ways that coaching is different. First, in coaching we do not diagnose or label any problems. Coaching is all about just showing you your mind and what your thoughts are creating in your life. It is all about giving you choices, options and freedom. You get to see there are no rules and you get to create what you want! Clients usually go from feeling really frustrated and trapped to empowered and going after the result they want in their life! While counseling often focuses on treating clinical disorders, with coaching its more about how you want to go forward and make the most of things right now.

How it works

  1. Book a free mini session with me to find out if we are a good fit.
  2. You will set the goals you would like to accomplish. This doesn’t have to be weight related. In fact, in the beginning it rarely is- most of us just want to feel better and I will help with life coaching for a totally different perspective.

I provide individual 1:1 weekly Zoom based coaching and support my clients with 24/7 in-between written email ask-a-coach and video Marco Polo. My focus is on unconverging the story you are telling yourself and emotions that are leading to the behaviors that you want to change.
